Knoxville Catholic High School held its third signing day of the school year on Feb. 4, coinciding with National Signing Day, with six football players signing with colleges and universities.
Jeremy George-El signed with the University of Tennessee, Casen Jenkins and Jacob Rice with Emory & Henry University, Dominic Daddabbo with Morehead State University, George Mancini with Lafayette College, and Kaleb Johnson with Kentucky Wesleyan College.
Jeremy, an offensive lineman, led the Fighting Irish in pancake blocks with eight. Casen is a wide receiver who caught 25 passes for 510 yards and three touchdowns. Dominic, a linebacker, totaled 87 tackles in the 2025 season.
Jacob was the highest-graded offensive lineman for KCHS. George played free safety and made 65 tackles with one interception for the Irish. Kaleb, a linebacker, recorded 60 tackles and three quarterback sacks.
