Catholic Dads awards School Support Grant of $750

The Catholic Dads board of directors recently presented a $750 check as the first of the organization’s new School Support Grants to the leadership of Sacred Heart Cathedral School in Knoxville. The grant program, which launched in January, allocates resources for schools in the Diocese of Knoxville to assist with specific needs or projects that align with Catholic values and positively impact the school community. “As our Catholic school communities grow here in East Tennessee, we recognize that budgets can be stretched. These awards are our way of helping ensure our schools have the resources they need to thrive academically, spiritually, and physically,” said Tom Basile, representing the Catholic Dads board of directors.
