KCHS announces awards for student of the month

Knoxville Catholic High School congratulated its students who were selected as Students of the Month for September 2012.

Students are nominated by faculty and staff members for adherence to the school motto: Ut Christum Feram: “That I might bear Christ.” They are nominated based on spirituality, character, attitude, work ethic, academics, service, kindness, and/or school spirit.

Awards were announced at an all-school Mass on Sept. 20 by Mark Balog, director of campus ministry, and presented by principal Dickie Sompayrac.
